Due to popular demand, Jost is now offering Perfect Day retreats, at The Health Shed in Brisbane. Jost and his team – which includes therapists, martial arts and yoga instructors, art teachers, muscians and chefs – will take you through a perfect day or week. You will feel your organs come to life and your soul purpose will surface.
The Perfect Day sessions are customised according to your time and budget. They include morning training, our special chef-prepared nutritious breakfast, lunch and morning and afternoon teas, martial arts or yoga, acupuncture or massage, and a one-on-one with Jost to identify your purpose. Plus a complimentary signed copy of the Perfect Day Plan book.
